Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Tilfaz application (“App”) operated by Harf Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Nature of the Service

Tilfaz is a media player application. The App allows you to play, organize, and manage media content from sources that you provide, including but not limited to IPTV playlists, streaming URLs, and other media feeds (“User Content”). Harf Labs does not supply, host, control, produce, curate, or transmit any media content.

2. User Content & Responsibility

You are solely and exclusively responsible for all User Content you access, stream, download, or interact with through the App. You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to access and use any User Content you load into the App.
• Your use of User Content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• You will not use the App to access, distribute, or stream any content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

While Harf Labs may store your IPTV portal credentials to provide the App's functionality, we do not actively monitor, review, verify, or endorse any User Content accessed through the App. Harf Labs assumes no responsibility or liability for any User Content.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, trademarks, and all related intellectual property rights, is and remains the exclusive property of Harf Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Storage, Remote Config)
• RevenueCat
• Google Sign-In
• Sign in with Apple

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. Harf Labs is not responsible for, and makes no representations regarding, any third-party services.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Harf Labs reserves the right to change pricing at any time. You will always be clearly informed of any charges before they are applied. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. HARF LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

HARF LABS MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH THE APP, ALL OF WHICH IS PROVIDED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HARF LABS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any User Content accessed through the App, including any content that is infringing, illegal, harmful, or objectionable.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Any third-party conduct or content in connection with the App.
• Any other matter relating to the App.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HARF LABS'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO HARF LABS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Harf Labs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the App; (b) any User Content you access, stream, or distribute through the App; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

10. Updates & Availability

Harf Labs may, at its sole discretion, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and without any obligation or liability to you. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or compatible with your device or operating system version.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and you must delete the App from all your devices.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Harf Labs regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
